In 1996 myself and four fellow Americans were invited by world renown steel pannist & arranger Ken “Professor” Philmore to travel to Trinidad, West Indies and perform with Potential Symphony under his direction. It is nearly impossible to truly describe and capture the essence of what is like to perform with a 120 member steel pan orchestra to an audience of several hundred thousand in Port-of-Spain, Trinidad. This annual festival known as Pan-o-Rama is part of the larger pre-lenten celebration known as Carnival. Trinidad hosts the second largest carnival in the world with Brazil having the largest festival which features samba music.

This video is the actual video of us performing for the 1996 Pan-o-Rama Finals.
